Deposit of $200 + GST is due at the time of registration to reserve your place in the course, with the remainder due before the online course material is made available to you (approximately 30 days before the workshop is scheduled).

Fee includes online content, the two day skills workshop with lunch included and follow-up support.  Fees listed are paid in addition to your $200 + GST deposit.

Physiotherapists         $1,200 + GST

Other Qualified Providers (not listed above) $1,500 + GST

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, you must do so by email to info@anatomicmedicine.org up to 30 days before the start of the course. Your registration fee, less a $50 handling charge, will be refunded.

Registration deposits may be transferred to a future course up to 30 days prior to the course date. All transferred deposits must be redeemed within 1-year of the original course date.

Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 30 days of the course date.

We reserve the right to cancel a course up to 30 days prior to the course date. A minimum of 8 registrants are needed for the course to run. In the event that we cancel the course, each registrant will be notified and given a full refund of the course fees. We are not responsible for any other of your costs, including, but not limited to airline or hotel penalties.

Proof of Medical Practice Liability Insurance

Upon registration, you will be asked to provide a copy of your medical practice liability insurance up to $3 million per occurrence, effective in Canada.
